8 Hour Continuing Education Course
Are you an established agent looking for an ADDITION to your knowledge?
After a broker's first license renewal, they are required to complete eight (8) hours of continuing education every year by 11:59 pm on June 10th to keep their license on "active" status. The eight hours consist of two 4-hour classes: a General Update (GENUP) and an Elective. Brokers that carry the status of Broker-In-Charge and/or Broker-In-Charge Eligible must take the Broker-In-Charge Update course (BICUP) instead of the General Update course.

COURSES
In-Person
In-person courses are located at the school in Greensboro, NC. Students must physically attend 80% of class to receive credit. Before purchasing a course, look over our school's policies & procedures for school/course information, fees, etc. It can be found in the drop-down menu of the "Resources" tab at the top of our website.
Live-Online
These courses are offered online in a virtual classroom. Instructors are teaching in real-time. You can communicate with the instructor and your classmates via a microphone and/or chat room. The platform currently being used is GoToTraining and a PDF version of the manual is provided.

Self- Paced
Self-paced courses are available for students who want the flexibility of taking the course on their own time. Only Electives are available, GenUp and BicUp courses must be taken with an instructor. These courses do NOT include a live instructor. You have 24/7 access to the course, and you can complete it as soon as you like, or take as long as you need. However, you have 30 days from the date of purchase, or up until 11:50 pm on June 10th (whichever is earlier) to complete the course. Before purchasing a course, review our school's policies & procedures for school/course information, fees, etc. It can be found in the drop-down menu of the "Student Resources" tab on our website. To proceed with the purchase of a self-paced course, click on "Purchase" below and you will be taken to our online portal, where you will create an account and purchase your course. *Self-paced courses are through a third party and are not eligible for promo codes, coupons, and/or discounts.*
